Park Ridge plans Sept. 11 memorial service for 25th anniversary

Park Ridge will hold its annual 9/11 memorial ceremony at 8:30 a.m. Friday, Sept. 11, outside City Hall, marking 25 years since the 2001 attacks. The service comes after the memorial site was vandalized twice in July.
