A new public tool called "Have I Been Flocked" lets Illinois residents check whether their license plates were searched by Flock Safety cameras, as data shows the Cook County Sheriff's Office ran nearly 150,000 ALPR searches since 2023 and Park Ridge continues to grapple with its own contentious Flock contract.
