Park Ridge panel advances first historic district, 6-1

The Park Ridge Procedures & Regulations Committee voted 6-1 on Aug. 17 to advance the Spanish Town Historic District, which would be the city's first, to the full City Council for a final vote expected Sept. 8. Alderpersons also asked staff to prepare a moratorium on future historic district applications while they discuss process reforms.
