The Niles Village Board unanimously approved three referendum questions for the Nov. 3 ballot at a special Aug. 14 meeting, including a binding measure to extend trustee term limits from 12 to 16 years, a binding question to abolish vehicle stickers and an advisory question on attracting a theater.
